Will I have phone signal?Telstra or any third-party Telstra provider work fine, but Vodaphone and Optus aren't great. Luckily, we have free Wi-Fi to all of the buildings with speeds of over 50 Mbps.

Are pets allowed?Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at Scarlet Woods, this is because of damage to the chalets, allergens, noise, native wildlife and interaction with our own farm animals. Thanks for your understanding.

Do I need to bring my own firewood?Firewood is provided here at Scarlet Woods. We collect firewood responsibly from our forest, and have built a firewood shed for your convenience.

What is in the self-contained kitchens?Our kitchens are fully equipped with all you need to cook up a storm. There is a fridge/freezer, oven with four hot plates, microwave and dishwasher. We also provide pots and pans, a knife set and chopping board, cutlery, crockery, glassware and standard utensils. You'll have a coffee machine with fresh beans, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper, detergent, dishwasher tabs, cloths, surface spray, bin bags, champagne bucket, hand wash, and a fire extinguisher in case of emergency. Please note that milk is not provided. BBQ is outside on the deck

What is available at reception?Washing machine, coffee machine, ice machine, board games, puzzles, DVD's, picnic basket and blanket, book swap, football, slackline, frisbees, torches for night walking, binoculars, telescope, kite, fishing rods, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, kayaks on request.

Can I drink the water?Yes! All of the chalets and big House are run on pure rainwater which is also run through a multi-stage filter before reaching any taps or showers. It is tested annually, so is very safe, and nice, to drink. No need to bring plastic water bottles!

Can I charge my Electric Vehicle?Yes, we do have a GPO outside reception, as we have solar panels, it is preferable to charge during the day 10-3pm when we have free electricity.

Are there any shops nearby?Manjimup and Pemberton have a great variety of shops, and cafes. Quinninup has a pub which does lovely meals- please check google for opening times. There are some fruit and veg road side stalls nearby as well. Please make sure to collect supplies before you arrive.

Are towels supplied?Yes, 4 towels are supplied per chalet. 1 per person for the Big House. If your stay is longer than 3 nights we can supply additional towels on request.

Can I bring an extra person?Please let us know if your group is 5 people. We can put out an extra mattress, including linen and towel, for you at a cost of $75. If you wish to BYO bedding, the additional fee is only $50, payable on arrival. Please note, the couch is not a sleeping option.

AccessibilityPlease contact us to assess your specific requirements. Chalet 4 does have an access ramp. There is a small lip with the door and shower. Also, on request we can provide a couch frame to aid people getting up off the couch.

Can I book the whole place?The 4 chalets and the Big House make a wonderful venue to celebrate a big life event. Get in touch with us to check availability.

Why are my dates unavailable?We only have 4 chalets to keep the serenity, so they may be booked out already. We have a standard minimum stay of 2 nights, but that may be longer during school holidays. Hope you understand :)
